Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Work within a business domain to build AI agents and automation in production.
• Partner with domain leadership to set priorities and patterns.
• Identify opportunities to increase throughput and speed via AI/ML/automation.
• Design future-state workflows across systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, docs).
• Define context, retrieval, grounding, and memory needs for agents.
• Build and run automation pipelines with IT/security guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with LLMs and agent behavior: prompting, context, tool use, RAG.
• Cloud platform experience; strong debugging and automation skills.
• Trustworthy with elevated access; least-privilege and safe rollbacks.
• Outcome-focused reasoning; defend prioritization and KPIs.
• Nice to have: CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude, Codex.
