🎯 Requirements

5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture or similar.
Translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows, architectures, and success criteria.
Strong discovery skills to map current workflows, pain points, and constraints.
Hands-on AI builder mindset with experience designing AI-powered workflows.
Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, and automation.
Japanese language fluency (written and spoken) to communicate with customers.
