📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery with operations teams to map workflows
• Design automation using RPA, scripting, APIs, and AI
• Build and deploy production automations: scripts, RPA, data pipelines
• Drive stakeholder alignment; communicate tech impact to non-tech
• Enable operational teams; mentor citizen developers
• Measure automation impact; ROI and operational value

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level English (written and verbal)
• 5+ years in software engineering, automation, or technical solutions
• RPA platform expertise (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, n8n) and Python
• SQL, data transformation, API integration, and system architectures
• Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker and CI/CD
• AI-driven automation: LLM APIs, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering
