📋 Description

• Role focuses on bank client engagement to embed AI in origination, structuring, syndication, and
• Work with strategic bank clients to adopt AI capabilities and feed insights into product roadmap.
• Identify high-value insertion points in workflows and co-author adoption criteria with clients.
• Drive adoption, onboard user cohorts, and monitor usage across accounts.
• Provide field intelligence to product/engineering and GTM teams to shape future deployments.
• Spot expansion opportunities within served accounts for new users or use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of practitioner experience at a bank with end-to-end workflow fluency.
• Experience in LevFin Origination, Direct Lending, CLO Structuring, or related transformation roles.
• Interest in technology applied to banking/credit markets and hands-on use of AI-native tools.
• Strong communication skills across analysts, associates, MDs, and desk heads.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with ability to translate field learnings into product
• Outcome-oriented with focus on actual platform usage and business impact.
