Own 1–4 migration projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, execution, handoff
Be the primary customer contact: weekly check-ins, manage expectations, escalate risks early
Configure Datafold's Migration Agent and oversee execution
Partner with Datafold's engineering team to execute migrations
Help refine and scale our product and delivery playbook as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years in data consulting, professional services, or customer-facing data eng role
Excellent communication: exec check-ins and technical design sessions
Strong data stack: dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, orchestration, patterns
Extreme ownership: identify, surface, and fix problems, rally the team
AI power user: using AI daily and improving usage
Exposure to legacy data stack and data migrations is a strong plus
