📋 Description

• Design ML use cases from the ground up for business value
• Build and own the full ML pipeline from data to activation
• Drive customer success with ongoing technical guidance
• Extend product capabilities with AI tools for scale
• Partner with Product to refine reinforcement learning
• Shape BrazeAI strategy with customer insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS Data Science Math Engineering; Master's/PhD preferred
• 3–5+ years in Data Science / ML in production
• Python (Pandas) and ML libs: TensorFlow, scikit-learn
• CatBoost, XGBoost for model training
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and preprocessing
• Experience with ML pipelines and deployment
• Customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration
• Entrepreneurial problem-solver and continuous learner
