Forward Deployed Engagement Lead (Canada)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs
• Establish and manage engagement governance, including steering committees and program cadences
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time
• Define engagement success metrics and ensure value realization against business objectives
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric’s platform, hands-on
• Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across functional and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, ideally
• Genuinely hands-on with technical delivery - comfortable configuring, modeling, debugging, and
• Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases (optimization, prediction, simulation)
• Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programs
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly at
• Track record running UAT and change management that drives real adoption, not just sign-off
