Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with sales to scope complex integration projects.
• Build custom n8n flows, API integrations, webhooks, and middleware.
• Own end-to-end onboarding: CRMs with no Hatch connector, multi-system logic.
• QA/test implementations before go-live; monitor post-launch.
• Define best practices for enterprise SaaS; create reusable templates.
• Serve as primary technical consultant; conduct onsite visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in client-facing roles; 1-4 years software engineering; consulting preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate broad technology ecosystem.
• Comfortable diving into developer docs to build custom middleware (n8n).
• Eager to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role and solve complex problems with clients.
• Great communication with business and technical audiences.
