Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Build with Customers: Embed with strategic enterprise customers to design and build high-impact
• Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design secure, scalable architectures that connect Replit with
• Integrate with the customer's stack: SSO, data warehouses, internal APIs, and SaaS systems.
• Own Technical Deployments: Serve as the technical owner for complex enterprise implementations
• Bridge Customers and Product: Develop a deep understanding of how enterprises use Replit and
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software
• Strong programming skills and the ability to quickly understand and work across unfamiliar
• Hands-on work with LLM applications in production: retrieval, tool calls, and evals.
• Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and independently drive
• Strong technical communication skills and experience working directly with customers, partners, or
