Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and run production AI apps on enterprise GPT platform.
• Design and ship agents and multi-step workflows using Glean, Claude, and GPT.
• Integrate and orchestrate data flows with REST, webhooks, and automation.
• Lead the full solution lifecycle with business stakeholders from discovery to rollout.
• Ensure security, observability, and governance for enterprise deployments.
• Create reusable templates and patterns to scale AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data & Analytics.
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineer or similar roles with stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on with Enterprise GPT platforms (Glean, Claude) and automation tools (n8n, Zapier).
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via APIs, webhooks, and automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint/Teams, and CRM/ERP tools.
• Experience designing AI-enabled production solutions and ensuring security/observability.
