Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflows and goals
• Translate business needs into technical designs, including integrations and data mappings
• Document architecture, constraints, and key dependencies
• Design integrations, data flows, and workflow logic across platforms
• Deploy scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in customer environments
• Support testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in forward deployed, solutions, implementation, or integration engineering
• Strong SQL skills with production data
• Experience building integrations via APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NICE, Genesys, or Veeva
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
