📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ML/AI system design and deployment within client environments.
• Build, deploy, and evolve scalable ML platforms and pipelines.
• Diagnose and unblock live system integrations in cloud contexts.
• Set AI-forward engineering standards; promote Claude and Cursor adoption.
• Embed with client teams to translate business problems into AI designs.
• Lead design reviews and raise engineering rigor across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering; 4+ years AI/ML in production; hands-on generative AI.
• Expert Python (or similar) with scalable, maintainable system design.
• Deep AWS GenAI and cloud platform expertise.
• Proven track record shipping complex agentic systems in production.
• Mastery of AI frameworks and orchestration tools; Docker and Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience building RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector databases.
