• Customer-facing: 30% direct with customers
• Coding & Integration: 70–80% hands-on technical implementation
• Build & Deploy: Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations
• Integrate Systems: Connect DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks
• Optimize AI Performance: Prompt engineering and semantic search tuning
• Data Insights: Write SQL queries, analyze data, and build dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering
• TypeScript, JavaScript, Python; data structures and algorithms
• LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling; building AI agents
• API integration (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and data synchronization
• Cloud and deployment: serverless/edge (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
• Data transformation: mapping, schema alignment, heterogeneous systems
• Observability: logging, error surfacing, telemetry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
