Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with sales to scope complex integrations and align tech with business goals.
• Build custom n8n flows, API integrations, webhooks, and middleware.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for complex integrations: CRMs w/o Hatch connector, multi-system workflows.
• QA/test implementations before go-live and monitor post-launch.
• Define and enforce best practices; create reusable architecture patterns.
• Serve as field-side voice for R&D and act as primary technical consultant onsite.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of client-facing experience plus 1-4 years of software engineering.
• Ability to navigate a broad technology ecosystem.
• Comfort with comprehensive developer docs to build custom middleware (n8n).
• Willingness to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication with business and tech stakeholders.
