Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with strategic customers to align on technical goals and constraints
• Lead technical discovery and readiness assessments for deployments
• Provide hands-on implementation support for Make Local and related workflows
• Collaborate with Enablement, Solutions, Sales, and account teams on goals and timelines
• Capture product gaps, bugs, blockers, and customer feedback for Product and Engineering
• Create reusable deployment assets like troubleshooting guides, checklists, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Software or Solutions Engineer)
• Strong understanding of modern development practices: source control, local dev, and deployment tooling
• Proven ability to partner with enterprise customers to drive product implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable processes, and leverages AI and modern workflows
• Familiar with developer/design/collaboration or AI products in design-engineering workflows
