Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy to customer sites as on-site Lumafield representative.
• Operate Lumafield scanners on customer sites and plan scans.
• Perform Voyager analyses including defect detection and measurements.
• Support ML model implementation at the customer site with ML/product teams.
• Lead customer training and adoption to build capability.
• Document scans, analyses, deployments and trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering.
• 3+ years in solution engineering or manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Experience with machining, casting, molding, or assembly.
• Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead trainings on-site.
• Willingness for extended multi-week deployments.
