Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, admins to connect Command to existing systems
• Establish technical foundations for adoption; help teams plan, build, ship, learn
• Navigate cloud infra, integrations, workflows, automation, and enablement
• Configure access to source control, CI/CD, tickets, and identity; design release workflows
• Write production code when needed; turn customer solutions into reusable product capabilities
• Deliver a stronger system for building software, not just a deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software or forward-deployed engineering or similar customer-facing role
• Strong coding and systems thinking; move from design to production
• Understanding product development workflows and related planning/building/shipping systems
• Experience building/integrating software across APIs, events, data models, permissions, or automation
• Strong technical judgment: when to customize, simplify, and productize
• Ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders with minimal process
