Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed within strategic customer orgs to understand their business processes
• Identify and deliver high-impact technical solutions that drive transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating Airtable's value
• Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions to accelerate time to value
• Lead innovation workshops with key customers and drive adoption
• Guide clients in building custom solutions and driving change

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in SaaS pre-sales, implementation or customer-facing roles
• 7-10 years of technology and sales experience, ideally with large platforms
• Experienced in managing sales cycles and technical evaluations
• Deep understanding of relational DB architecture and enterprise integration
• Active AI user and implementer, familiar with LLMs and Airtable
• Skilled communicator and presenter, comfortable with public speaking and storytelling
