Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with customers’ engineering teams to integrate Kota SDKs and APIs into their platforms.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to Kota’s product by building internal tools, reusable code.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure deployments.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, shaping features and roadmap.
• Debug complex issues across multiple systems, APIs, and data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software or solutions engineering with customer-facing work.
• Production code in TypeScript, Python, or C#; multi-language a plus.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and data integrations.
• Shipped complex systems in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication; explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly while maintaining quality.
