Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Shape and prove the solution by working directly with customers to understand problems and build
• Own deployments end to end, from scoping and system design through implementation, rollout, and
• Build the last mile by connecting Cinder to each customer's stack through APIs, webhooks, data
• Enable customer teams by running technical workshops and documenting builds
• Turn fieldwork into product leverage by solving issues and identifying patterns across customers
• Own on-call for customers when system downtime means moderation stops

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth
• Solid Python fundamentals; comfortability with SQL, Typescript, React, and GraphQL
• Real experience owning implementation, not just scoping it
• Comfortable with ambiguity and repeatedly takes initiative
• No degree requirement; bootcamp grads welcome
