📋 Description

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction
• Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and effective human-agent collaboration using
• Design comprehensive operating models including organizational structure and governance
• Establish performance baselines and build measurement frameworks
• Identify value gaps in stalled implementations to restore ROI
• Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs, low-code/no-code environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in management consulting or equivalent in enterprise tech, SaaS, professional services
• Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based arguments
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and prototypes
• Ability to rapidly scope and build proofs of concept in client engagements
• Autonomous work capability without a dedicated engineering team
