Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Write and ship production-grade code for voice AI in enterprise workflows.
• Own deployments end-to-end for strategic customer engagements.
• Deliver across cloud, VPC, and on-prem with security and compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures and deployment issues.
• Identify new use cases and prototype solutions to deepen adoption.
• Surface patterns to engineering/product teams to influence roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and operating production software systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals; proven delivery of reliable systems.
• Experience integrating APIs and distributed services.
• Comfort with cloud and containerized environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Navigate authentication, networking, observability, and security reviews.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, executable plans.
