Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement Percy for customers and lead deployment
• Build and tune Percy agents for investigations
• Diagnose bugs and edge cases across the stack
• Be the customer's technical partner during rollout
• Feed field learnings back to product and engineering
• Make deployments repeatable with tooling and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of software experience; customer-facing preferred
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C++
• Strong problem-solver across data, systems, APIs
• AI-native; familiarity with AI/LLM agents
• Customer-facing instincts and clear communication
• Comfortable with ambiguity and iteration
• Bias to action; own outcomes end-to-end
