Forward Deployed Engineer (Defense)

📋 Description

• Deploy Tomorrow.io SaaS platform, APIs, and data services in U.S. defense environments.
• Travel 50%+ to customer sites and exercises as the primary technical resource.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and other platforms.
• Partner with Defense BD to support technical discovery, demos, pilots, and growth.
• Build trusted relationships with operators and stakeholders to drive long-term adoption.
• Capture field insights and feedback to influence the product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Eng, or similar roles
• Experience deploying SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based solutions in customer envs
• Strong API integrations, data workflows, and troubleshooting
• Communicate complex tech to engineers and operational users
• Experience with government/defense or mission-critical programs preferred
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or AIP a plus
