Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer deployments from discovery to adoption.
• Provide technical recommendations based on customer stack and goals.
• Write production-grade code inside customer codebases when needed.
• Partner with core engineering to surface gaps and patterns.
• Create docs, examples, and playbooks from customer learnings.
• Provide white-glove support and partner with customer teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software/solutions engineering or customer-facing tech
• Strong fundamentals; production-grade code; comfortable with unfamiliar codebases
• Direct experience solving technical problems with customers
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own outcomes from discovery through delivery
