Forward Deployed Engineer (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery from framing to production rollout inside customer environments.
• Ship production software: net-new features, apps, and integrations.
• Embedded with customers: work on-site with their engineering and domain teams.
• Bridge product gaps; build custom solutions and feed requirements back.
• Set the bar as a founding member; codify deployment patterns and playbooks across EMEA.
• Travel 25–40% on-site at customer locations across Germany/EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering with shipping production code.
• Full-stack skills across backend, API, and frontend.
• Experience working with customers in high-stakes technical environments (FDE/embedded).
• Autonomous, self-directed in ambiguous situations.
• Strong English communication with engineers and stakeholders.
• Preferred: autonomy/robotics or automotive software; forward-deployed experience.
