Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) — DACH market (Spain based)

📋 Description

• Act as technical bridge between client and customers in the DACH region.
• Work with customer teams to understand workflows and define success.
• Configure and extend AI systems to drive faster value in enterprise environments.
• Operate as a field engineer: builder, problem-solver, trusted advisor.
• Contribute to Product Engineering by turning field insights into scalable improvements that benefit all customers.
• Deploy, configure, and customize AI systems to unblock operations and accelerate outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals; ship production-grade systems fast.
• Experience working directly with customers (field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles).
• Comfort moving between high-level problem definition and debugging.
• Experience with modern stacks (APIs, cloud, frontend/backend) and AI systems in production.
• Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity.
