Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) — Italian market (Spain based)

📋 Description

• Act as the technical bridge with Italian customers; AI outcomes from day one
• Work with customer teams to define production success metrics
• Configure and extend AI systems to accelerate time-to-value
• Operate as field engineer: builder, problem-solver, trusted advisor
• Turn field insights into scalable product improvements
• Deploy and customize AI systems to unblock operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals; ship production-grade systems fast
• Experience with customer-facing roles (field engineering, consulting, solutions)
• Comfort moving between high-level problems and debugging
• Experience with modern stacks (APIs, cloud, frontend/backend) and AI in production
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a strong plus
• Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
