🎯 Requirements

CS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years building and shipping production software
Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go
Practical understanding of production LLM failure modes: rate limits, timeouts, retries, streaming
Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes
Experience with observability (Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog, ELK)
