📋 Description

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their communications workflows, AI use cases, and
• Build and deploy custom implementations: AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs (Voice, Messaging, Fax
• Run open-weight LLMs in customer environments through Telnyx Inference or deploy self-hosted stacks
• Deploy and operate LiteLLM as the model gateway with routing, load balancing, retries, rate limits
• Instrument and govern LLM usage through the gateway with cost tracking, caching, logging
• Wire production observability and alerting for all shipped solutions using Prometheus, Grafana

🎯 Requirements

• CS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years building and shipping production software
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go
• Practical understanding of LLM production: rate limits, timeouts, retries, streaming, token
• Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes with secrets management, config, upgrades
• Wired observability and been paged: Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog, ELK
