Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

📋 Description

• Build customer-facing apps and workflows for enterprise needs.
• Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams.
• Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that evolve into core product functionality.
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand needs and deployments.
• Build and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, and identity systems.
• Troubleshoot authentication and integration issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with production apps (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with AI apps, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is a plus.
• Comfortable with enterprise customers to solve technical problems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, REST APIs).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organization across technical and non-technical teams.
