📋 Description

• Own the technical side of partner engagements from start to finish: scoping, deploying, running and
• Deploy, configure and maintain Carri robots on partner sites, including mapping, route setup
• Rapidly prototype and deploy extensions on top of the Carri platform to address partner needs, such
• Work with partners to build the business case in numbers: cost savings, new revenue, throughput and
• Capture partner requests, issues and feedback in a structured way for Product and Engineering, and
• Deliver on partner requirements while keeping each solution in line with the product direction and

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, ideally in robotics, autonomous systems, IoT or other
• Strong Python skills and working knowledge of C++, plus comfort with Linux, networking and
• Experience with ROS/ROS 2 and the robotics basics: localisation, navigation, sensors and fleet
• The ability to build end-to-end solutions quickly, such as apps, API integrations and dashboards
• Proven experience working directly with customers: running workshops, managing expectations and
