🎯 Requirements

CS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years building and shipping production software
Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go
Practical understanding of production model failure modes
Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes
Experienced with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog, ELK)
