📋 Description

• Own technical delivery across deployments from prototype to production.
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value.
• Embed with customer teams, understand needs, and guide adoption.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
• Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery.
• Contribute code when progress depends on it.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving environments.
• Write production-grade frontend/backend code in Python, JavaScript.
• Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
