📋 Description

• Architect & Deliver: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Service
• Forward Deployed Engineering: Work directly with key clients on-site or closely embedded within
• Quality & Governance: Oversee delivery quality, best practices, and maintain technical
• Mentorship: Guide and upskill senior/junior consultants within the local and regional delivery
• Presales & Solutioning: Partner with local sales and domain leads to drive presales activities
• Trusted Advisor: Serve as the main technical contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record as an
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, building solution proposals, and pitching to senior
• Certifications - ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) in
• Fluent English
• Project management skills
• Consultative approach and experience leading workshops with stakeholders to extract business
