Forward Deployed Engineer (SF)

📋 Description

• Build customer-facing apps and workflows for enterprise customers.
• Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and teams.
• Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that can evolve into product features.
• Partner with enterprise customers to capture requirements and deployments.
• Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, identity integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
• Own multiple customer projects across teams and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with production apps (Python preferred).
• Experience with AI app development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with enterprise customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise auth/integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, REST APIs).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Product-minded, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
