📋 Description

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their communications workflows, AI use cases, and
• Build and deploy custom implementations: AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs (Voice, Messaging, Fax
• Run open-weight LLMs in customer environments — consume GLM, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, and MiniMax
• Deploy and operate LiteLLM as the model gateway in customer environments for unified model access
• Instrument and govern LLM usage through the gateway — cost tracking, budgets, caching, logging
• Wire production observability for everything shipped — metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and

🎯 Requirements

• CS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years building and shipping production software (consulting background counts if applicable)
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go
• Practical understanding of production AI: provider rate limits, timeouts, retries, streaming, token
• Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes
• Experience with observability (Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog, ELK)
