Forward Deployed Engineer (Training)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Python-based production software and features.
• Design, implement, and deploy post-training solutions for customers end-to-end.
• Turn objectives into clear specs and well-defined PoCs to ship fast.
• Optimize post-training solutions; define features with eng/product teams.
• Own customer projects end-to-end as engineer, PM, and product manager.
• Navigate ambiguity and make principled tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with RL and SFT for large language models.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in CS/Engineering/Mathematics or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Python proficiency.
• Strong communication skills on complex technical topics.
