Forward Deployed Engineer, Triage

📋 Description

• Own customer accounts up to $50K per year
• Diagnose integration issues and resolve technical problems
• Build and manage internal agents for customer support and operations, including bringing the
• Iterate on and build new agents, and own their quality
• Handle escalations from the chat agent and fix underlying issues
• File bugs and feature requests with evidence for Engineering and Research teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical support, developer
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python preferred
• Daily use of coding agents like Claude Code or Codex, with real projects shipped using them
• Experience with REST APIs and ability to read and debug customer code
• Strong written communication (most work in Slack)
• Ability to map customer use cases to API capabilities
