📋 Description

• Own delivery across deployments from prototype to production
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value and learning
• Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, guide adoption
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers early
• Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
• Contribute directly in code when progress depends on it

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of engineering or deployment experience with customers
• Scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous envs
• Write production-grade frontend/backend code (Python/JavaScript)
• Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models
• Simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure
• Communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customers
• Spot risks early and adjust without slowing down
• Model calm and judgment when the stakes are high
