Forward Deployed Engineer, UK

📋 Description

• Build customer solutions using Persona's APIs, integrations and workflows
• Support technical discovery and proofs of concept with Sales and Solutions Engineering
• Help customers launch successfully by configuring, testing and implementing solutions
• Investigate technical challenges and troubleshoot integration issues
• Create sample code, documentation and tools for reuse
• Share customer feedback and technical insights with Product and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant technical experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Ruby
• Experience building API integrations with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication and webhooks
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Interest in customer needs and goals
• Resourcefulness and follow-through on projects
