🎯 Requirements

6+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in forward deployed/customer-facing roles.
Leadership experience; shipping products while guiding others.
Deep enterprise integrations: OAuth, SAML, SCIM, IDP sync, webhooks, REST.
Comfort in ambiguity; own and shape undefined charters.
Track record turning customer work into product.
Excellent communication; work with enterprise customers and teams.
