Leading customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption from setup to scale.
Conducting 2-4 high-impact customer sessions daily with hands-on modeling.
Build and refine financial models: forecasts, balance sheets, income statements.
Partner with product and success teams to improve onboarding.
Measure outcomes like time-to-value, retention, and user independence.

🎯 Requirements

Finance and technical expertise
Deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Comfort with SQL and structured data
Experience in SaaS onboarding, consulting, or FP&A
Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and Runway
Exceptional communication and relationship-building
