📋 Description

• Process Assessment and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing mid-cycle
• Solution Design and Roadmapping: Collaborate with process engineers and consulting teams to deliver
• Business and Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into technical architectures
• Medical Coding Expertise: Provide technical and operational guidance on medical coding throughout

🎯 Requirements

• An active coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA (CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing healthcare consulting, preferably involving medical
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines, healthcare reimbursement
• Significant experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, project management, and
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical and operational solutions, including
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data, identifying performance trends, evaluating process

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $113,520–$226,555.68 depending on role level, location, skills, experience
