Forward Deployed Product Designer

📋 Description

• Owner of end-to-end design for a government/defense product experience.
• Work on-site with customers to socialize design decisions with stakeholders.
• Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerts, and analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineers to ship refined experiences in code.
• Contribute design patterns back to the platform beyond individual projects.
• Navigate ambiguity and help define requirements with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of design experience across varied settings.
• Experience owning end-to-end B2B/enterprise product experiences at senior/staff level.
• Comfort with high ambiguity and evolving requirements in government/enterprise contexts.
• Strong in designing complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Confident client-facing presence with senior stakeholders in person.
• Understanding of front-end handoff and collaboration with engineers.
