Forward-Deployed Product Designer - FDPSD (US Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead product design for customer deployments; translate workflows into UX specs.
• Own design direction for customer-facing deployments; ensure intuitive experiences.
• Facilitate design reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Build reusable design patterns; contribute to Tailor’s design system.
• Shape the product roadmap using customer insights.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to align design and build.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS/ERP/internal tools.
• Strong customer-facing design; discovery sessions, presenting concepts, feedback.
• Systems thinking; design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns.
• Technical fluency; prototypes with coding agents; APIs familiarity.
• Based in the United States or within its timezone; travel ~10–20%.
• Nice to have: ERP/internal tools or developer-first platforms; design system maintenance.
