Forward-Deployed Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Own data layer, integrations, prompts, and UI end-to-end.
• Define where tech adds value; align with clinical and ops teams.
• Build architecture and production-grade AI tools; prototype to production.
• Ship solutions that measurably improve productivity and quality.
• Partner with leadership to identify high-value opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of software engineering; end-to-end systems; fast-paced envs.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; data pipelines; Azure cloud.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience building AI tooling: agents, prompting, evaluations.
• Strong product judgement; ROI-focused decision making.
• Excellent communication; ability to run discovery with non-technical staff.
• Willingness to work in hybrid environment and travel as needed.
