Forward Deployed Product Manager

📋 Description

• Engage with customers from startups to enterprises to identify use cases.
• Translate needs into scalable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding and API integration, incl. latency benchmarks.
• Advise customers on GenAI strategy using Fireworks infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied ML teams to align roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background (CS/EECE) or technical PM experience
• Familiar with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, agents
• 2-5+ years in products for software engineers
• Strong customer interaction skills and customer success focus
• Ability to explain highly technical AI concepts to all audiences
• Prior experience in technical PM roles with customer interactions
