Forward Deployed Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program and integration delivery for top accounts at Flume Health.
• Lead the intersection of client needs, data integration, and AI-powered execution.
• Build and tune a team of AI agents to solve end-to-end client problems.
• Manage delivery cadence, Jira intake, and drive work through build pipelines.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact with client IT and operations stakeholders.
• Provide weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders using AI-generated outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations.
• AI-native: build, tune, and measure AI agent outputs.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems.
• Low ego, high throughput with willingness to handle operational work.
• Healthcare exposure preferred but not required.
