Forward Deployed Robotics Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with customers to ship real integrations on robots
• Prototype solutions from research papers with the research team
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and customer teams
• Design and ship integrations, finetunes, and interfaces on top of BFL's models
• Ensure low latency and high quality across on-prem and hosted deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven robotics engineer or forward deployed engineer
• Experience working directly with customers and tailoring support
• Hands-on with action / VLA models and related ecosystem
• Ability to work on model hosting, backend engineering, and UI
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
